Heartsync

We offer a transformative modality called HeartSync, which aligns with Christ’s mission to “heal the brokenhearted” by uniting a divided heart into singleness of purpose and relationship with God. HeartSync facilitates intentional synchronization of the heart’s four parts, allowing individuals to fully connect with God and experience His healing presence. HeartSync is designed to teach the heart to remain in joyful connection with God and others, relating intimately through relationship.

In a HeartSync session, we partner with Jesus to build capacity for His leading, allowing Him to uncover and address unresolved issues within the heart. Rather than engaging in a long process of analyzing problems and persuading the mind to change, Jesus reaches straight into the heart, bringing a profound and life-altering encounter that heals at the deepest level. When He is invited into the wounds that have shattered us, His presence works beyond human understanding, restoring the heart to the fullness of life found in Him. The facilitator’s role is not to force or manufacture healing but to simply hold open the door while God ushers the soul into freedom. As the ultimate healer, Jesus is faithful to “bind up the brokenhearted and set the captive free,” restoring wholeness and freedom.

Each session is 90-120 minutes.

I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh.” Ezekiel 11:19

The Sterling Rose Sanctuary(TSRS) aids in restoring individuals from pain and trauma. As individuals heal through the Heartsync modality from addiction, grief, loss, fear, anxiety, depression, suicide, anger, sexual sins, molestation, and ritual abuse, they are set free to live in their created purpose and design.

The 4 Parts of the Heart

True Self: is the essence of self that has the capacity to connect most strongly to God.

Function: is the aspect of the heart and mind that does the daily functioning of life and often stays disconnected from a painful memory.

Guardian: regulates adrenaline and tells you what to engage in or avoid. It is the aspect of the heart and mind that believes Emotion and Function should be kept apart or that Function will be too overwhelmed to do any daily functioning.

Emotion: is the aspect of the heart and mind that is closely connected to pain, trauma, and unresolved negative emotion.

The wounds of a broken heart don’t always announce themselves loudly. Sometimes, they hide beneath the surface, woven into thought patterns and behaviors that feel normal—until they quietly drain your joy, peace, and sense of purpose.

Other times, the pain is impossible to ignore, echoing through every part of life. No matter how hard you try to move forward, something keeps pulling you back—old wounds, unshaken fears, and patterns you can’t seem to break. The weight of past pain lingers, sabotaging relationships, stifling opportunities, and dimming the light in your soul.

When brokenness is left unhealed, it doesn’t stay silent. Instead, it surfaces in ways that demand attention:

Disconnection Control Anxiety Bitterness Anger Perfectionism

Numbness Self-hatred Fear

The brokenness manifests itself in various ways:

Depression Addictions Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Insomnia

Dissociative Identity Disorder Abusive behaviors
